Teachers Salary

Education is an essential tool to combat poverty, under development, crime, disease and emigration. But despite its importance, education which is mostly depended on government funding, remains very underfunded in the area. Recognizing the importance of education, members of the association raised funds to hire and pay an annual salary to 10 parent teachers assistants (Teacher Aids) in the Sub-Division.
